Our Work
Projects
Modular installations and construction projects across Canada's most remote regions — from Nunavut to Alberta.

Multi-Unit Modular Installation
- Scope
- Delivery and installation of multiple modular units to a fly-in community, coordinated around a short summer sealift and barge window.
- Challenge
- No road access; materials, modules, and equipment had to arrive by air or sealift within a narrow seasonal window, with no opportunity to reorder missed items.
- Result
- Units were staged, barged, and craned into place on schedule, with structural and utility tie-ins completed before winter set in.

Modular Hotel Complex
- Scope
- A multi-storey modular hotel delivered and assembled for a fly-in coastal community, with guest rooms, common areas, and building services built into the modules off-site.
- Challenge
- A three-storey stacked-module build on a pile foundation, with every module, finish, and mechanical unit shipped in by sealift inside a single summer barge window.
- Result
- The hotel was craned into place, stacked, and tied together on schedule — weatherproofed and connected to services before winter.

Module Set
- Scope
- Foundation preparation and modular unit installation on a site with limited equipment access and a compressed winter schedule.
- Challenge
- Frozen ground conditions and a short construction window required foundation work and module fabrication to proceed in parallel rather than in sequence.
- Result
- The module was craned onto the completed pile foundation and set within the available weather window, keeping the project on schedule.

Modular Government Facility
- Scope
- A modular government facility installed to serve a growing community, replacing aging infrastructure.
- Challenge
- Coordinating multiple building modules and utility tie-ins on a compressed public-sector timeline.
- Result
- The facility was assembled, connected, and turned over ready for occupancy on schedule.

Finished Modular Cabin
- Scope
- A single modular cabin delivered and finished on a forested site.
- Challenge
- Site access required careful crane placement and foundation work around existing terrain and trees.
- Result
- The cabin was set, connected, and finished with minimal disturbance to the site.

Roofing & Building Envelope
- Scope
- Roofing and building-envelope completion on a modular building in a coastal, weather-exposed location.
- Challenge
- Wind exposure and unpredictable weather required tight sequencing to protect the building envelope during the work.
- Result
- The roofing and envelope work was completed and made weathertight ahead of the seasonal weather window closing.
